Service Description
Consultations last between 20-30 minutes. A £20 booking fee is required to secure your appointment - redeemable (Please note there are no treatment appointments available until August 2022) Consultations available We offer in-depth, thorough consultations to ensure the best solutions are offered to you as an individual. We will cover/ complete the following: 1. Consultation form including medical history 2. Skin type & suitability 3. Different treatment options 4. Patch Test 5. Pre & post care Advise 6. Pre-Mapped design of brows to give you an idea of the most flattering placement
Cancellation Policy
To cancel and schedule please contact us 48hrs prior to your appointment. Deposits cannot be returned unless adequate notification has been given. It Is at the technicians discretion if they wish to proceed with either a consultation or treatment if you fail to arrive on time. If you are late by 15 minutes please be aware that we may have to ask you to rebook. Deposits cannot be returned if you are turned away because of lateness if the dairy doesn't allow any flexibility. Please be professional and arrive on time so that we are able to proceed with your treatment as planned. Lateness may have a knock on effect that isn't fair on our other clients. In such instances that lateness is out of your control please contact us as soon as possible so we better access what to do next.
